Shipping and Shipping a Return

All retail orders ship usually within 24 hours and orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on which option you select).

Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout and is handled via UPS or USPS. Shipping days are Mon-Fri.

All packages will have a USPS or UPS Tracking number, which we include in our customer confirmation emails.

If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender, please contact us. We’ll double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If we put the wrong address on a package, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you ASAP. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us for $3.75.

We cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping costs of returning an item and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total. We ship all our products as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach them may vary.

For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items. For all orders over $1000 we require “signature on delivery”, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. We have this policy to ensure protection for our clients and to help eliminate fraud.

Refunds and Returns

If you feel that you are entitled to a refund on your purchase, please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Note on Efficacy: Everyone’s experience with hemp CBD is a little different and there’s no guaranteed or standard reaction. Some people find a very small amount of CBD to be what they need while others take much more; CBD is personalized and may not be effective for some individual’s specific goals. In addition, the advice and claims we can make are limited by restrictions placed on dietary supplements by the FDA—please consider reading scholarly articles on the efficacy of CBD for your circumstances. It’s also important to understand that you won’t necessarily feel anything when using CBD (there’s no mental or physical high).

Order Cancellations

We can not cancel an order once it has shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] They are available for you Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 MST. They will email a pre-paid return label and fully refund you for your order has returned to us. Please understand that we can only refund for expedited shipping if the order was not delivered by the estimated date.

Change of Address

We can quickly edit the shipping address before your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, we will be happy to further assist to ensure that you receive it. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] They are available for you Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 MST.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 11 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Exchanges
