Despite the protestations of modern-day Protestants, the “Red Headed Slut” cocktail is alive and well. Is that wrong? Hey, we’re not interested in getting involved in that controversy. All we’ll say is you’ll probably have difficulties ordering this drink with the more PC name: “Fuzzy Jager Cranberry Shooter.”

Whether or not you approve of this drink’s name, we bet you’ll agree our citrus-flavored CBD oil adds a nice touch.

First created in the 1980s, the Red Headed Slut is most commonly enjoyed as a “shooter.” For those who aren’t aware, “shooter glasses” are slightly bigger shot glasses. However, it’s perfectly OK to drink this CBD cocktail in a rocks glass.

It’s also worth noting there are a few funky variations to this drink. Arguably, the most famous rendition in recent years is called the “Lindsay Lohan.” All you have to do to make this drink is add a little Coca-Cola to the top.

For a super potent Red Headed Slut, you could ask your bartender to add Crown Royal whiskey and cranberry-infused vodka. However, if you’re going to down this intense mix, we’d only recommend it as a shot.

Fruity & Feisty – Tribe’s CBD Fuzzy Jager Cranberry Shooter aka the “Red Headed Slut”

CBD Red Headed Slut Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Jägermeister
  • ¾ oz peach schnapps
  • ¾ oz cranberry juice
  • 1 dropperful Tribe CBD oil (citrus)
  • Cranberries for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Pour Jägermeister, peach schnapps, and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake for a few seconds
  • Strain into a pre-chilled rocks glass
  • Top with a dropperful of Tribe CBD oil
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries (optional)

Obviously, since Jägermeister is such a prominent flavor in this cocktail, you should try this amaro beforehand. Some people enjoy this drink’s licorice-like flavors, while others despise its similarity to “cough syrup.” Whether you enjoy this CBD cocktail will depend on your response to Jägermeister.

To this day, nobody knows the exact ingredients in this German drink. Supposedly, there are 56 different botanicals and spices in this amaro, which gives it a unique flavor profile that’s hard to describe.

If it’s your first time testing Jägermeister, we’d suggest trying it mixed in seltzer water. Or, if you’re feeling brave, try Jägermeister as an ice-cold shot. If you dig this flavor, good news: it’s easy to add a dash of Jägermeister to many classic cocktails.
